Planning Board

The Planning Board serves as an advisory body to the Town Council on matters related to land use and development. The Board reviews and recommends changes to the Town’s zoning map and zoning ordinance text to help guide responsible growth and development.

Working closely with residents, developers, and town staff, the Planning Board ensures proposed changes align with the Town’s long-term vision and comprehensive plan.

Recommendations made by the Planning Board are forwarded to the Town Council for consideration and possible adoption.
