The Administration Department serves as the central hub of the town’s daily operations, providing leadership, coordination, and support across all departments. This team is composed of:

  • Town Manager – Oversees the overall management and direction of Town services, ensuring that operations align with the policies and goals set by the Mayor and Council.
  • Town Clerk – Maintains official records, manages public notices, ensures compliance with statutory requirements, and provides direct support to the Mayor and Council.
  • Public Information Officer (PIO) – Leads communications and outreach efforts, keeping residents informed, engaged, and connected to Town programs, services, and initiatives.

The mission of the Administration Department is to deliver effective governance and high-quality public service through professionalism, accountability, and open communication. By fostering collaboration, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring residents are well-informed, the department works to strengthen trust between local government and the community. Its goal is to provide responsive leadership that promotes transparency, encourages civic engagement, and supports the Town’s long-term success.
