  • Schedule Required Inspections- All inspections must be scheduled through the office, Monday- Friday, 8 AM- 3 PM, or by email to planningadmin@hollyridgenc.org one day before the requested inspection date.

Scheduling inspections

All inspections must be scheduled through the office, Monday- Friday, 8 AM- 3 PM, or by email to planningadmin@hollyridgenc.org one day before the requested inspection date.

  • All rough-in trade inspections must be completed before framing the rough-in inspection
  • All trade final inspections must be completed before the Building Final Inspection
  • Do not call inspectors directly to schedule inspections
  • Effective April 2018, a Foundation Survey will be required before any construction after the footer/foundation
  • Effective April 2018, a Final As-Built Survey is required before the Town will issue a CO
  • Final As-Built Survey for Manufactured Homes required before Tie-Down Inspection
